You should e-mail ANet (as everyone else has said).

I would like to add though that ANet's customer service is horrible. I emailed them a complaint about someone and they responded with something like As you haven't responded to us within 72 hours we assume that your complaint has been taken care of. Now how do I know that some action had been taken against the person or if anything had happened?

Some other question just occured to me: Are accounts that got banned removed from my friends-list too?
How can I know if someone I put on the list got banned or is just offline?
Since the list can only be 25 entries long I would like to remove those closed accounts from my list.

SerGRunner, first of all, please make a token effort to read the forum guidelines and listen to the regulars.

As many have stated, Guru is not related to Arena Net.
If you know someone who is cheating, report it directly to them. You are welcome to come here and discuss important game issues such as cheating, exploiting, botting, etc...but the line stops at naming names. As DarrenJasper astutely noted, there's far too much potential for abuse with blacklists.

Secondly, if someone asks how you know someone is a scammer, replying "BECAUSE HE IS A KNOWN SCAMMMER" does not strengthen your argument in any way. It does put me about me just a little bit closer to a spontaneous aneurysm though.

So please, argue away, but give us more than five or six words where the main force in your statement comes from capitalization. If you want people to listen, make the effort to say things clearly. If you're talking just to be heard, don't do it here.

As for the Arena Net/Guru issue:
We're not beholden to ANet, nor them to us. Guru has some of the top staff in the community, and ANet was smart to recognize that. It doesn't mean we're at their beck and call. It's a mutually beneficial relationship. Game issues that need direct attention go to ANet. Discussions (no flames please) are probably best left here.
